Bath and Body Works SAS Coming to an End on 7-7-13

I just wanted to share some of my purchases during the Summer '13 Bath and Body Works Semi-Annual Sale (SAS).  All of the anti-bacterial soaps were $3 or less.  The Secret Wonderland items were all 75% off.  The Fresh Picked hand cream was $2.  The Wallflower Bulbs were $3 each.  The Aruba Coconut items were all 75% off.  The Fresh Picked Tangerine body wash were $4 each.  The Men's Citron items were 75% off.  The Fresh Picked Hard Working Hand and Body Cream were $4 each.  The True Blue Spa items were 50% off.  I got one Aromatherapy Lemon Zest body wash for $6.50 (I'm hoping they will go 75% off within the next couple of days before the end of the sale).  I found 5 of the tall white pedestal candle holders at 50% off.  I also got 3 of the short white pedestal candle holders for 50% off.  The 4 oz candles were 50% off.  I was lucky enough to find them in Summertime Soda and Dulce.  I would have loved to find the 3-wicks in those scents.  I got one Pizzeria mini candle just to have.  In my opinion, it smells horrible!  All of the 3 wick candles that I purchased were $10 each (they are regularly $20 each).  I bought some other ones that my family is already burning.  The seahorse nail file was 50% off.  The double pack Wallflower bulbs in Apple Crumble was $6.  I purchased two room sprays in Mahogany Teakwood and Lavender Vanilla at $2.50 each (regularly $5).  The pocketbacs that I purchased were $.75 to $1 each. 

I did purchase some other items during the sale like a variety of other Wallflowers, 3-wick candles, and body care items that are already in use.  If you ask me, then this particular SAS was not as good as ones in the past.  I heard that they are going to extend the SAS and make it into a Summertime Sale.  There will be a new floorset on July 8th and there are a bunch of new items coming out.  I can't wait to try some of the new products especially the Fall items.  The Fall is my favorite time of year, so that is when I really go crazy with candles and other home fragrance items.  You can check out the following blog for more info on coming Fall items.  The blogs title is Sincerely Kelley XOXO.  The blog's site address is www.sincerelykelleyxoxo.com  or just click the picture below!

Sparkling Pink Champagne....

hand soaps and pocketbacs (along with one Fresh Sparkling Snow pocketbac and one Snow Frosted Apple hand soap).  Also, pictured Twisted Peppermint hand cream in polar bear package.  I purchased the soaps using the 6 for $20 promotion.  The pocketbacs were 5 for $5, and the Twisted Peppermint hand cream was $5.  My total was $30, so I used a survey coupon to take $10 off a $30 purchase.  Bath and Body Works really does have some of the greatest deals.

Sparkling Pink Champagne is the absolute best winter scented soap.  I'm in love with it.  I recommend it to everyone I know and everyone that reads this blog.  You probably want to purchase it soon because it is sure to be a fan favorite.  My store had just put them out the day I purchased them and they were already almost sold out!  The pocketbacs are just as wonderful once it dries down!  Fresh Sparkling Snow pocketbac is also pretty great.  I already had the soap at home so I didn't purchase anymore.  The Snow Frosted Apple is going to get tested soon to see if I like the way it leaves my hand smelling after using it.  I think it smell alright, but still not totally sure about it.  If it turns out that I really like it, then I will buy some more.  The other item that I am totally in love with is the Twisted Peppermint hand cream.  I had already purchased a few of them, but they were in the regular candy cane packaging.  I wanted a couple in the polar bear packaging because it will match all of the body care items.  Go out and get this hand cream, and you will also fall in love!

Some new Winter products from Bath and Body Works

I have not posted anything recently that I have bought at Bath and Body Works, so I decided to post just a couple of things.  The Winter shopping season is upon us and Fall barely started.  Bath and Body Works is always a season ahead!  This Fall is no different because on Monday, October 8, 2012, Bath and Body Works will officially (I say officially because a lot of stores are already putting Winter stuff out) begins selling their Winter products and all of the wonderful Christmas items.  All of the Fall 2012 products will be going away on October 29, 2012.  That seems kind of early to me, but I guess they have to make room for even more new, Winter products at that time. 

The first new item I bought were the new for Winter, 'Tis The Coziest Shea Infused socks.  These are very nice and comfy!  They were only $12.50 each.  I really really like these! 
 

I also purchased some really pretty, new, blinged out pumps for the lotions and shower gels.  These caught my eye as soon as I went in the store.  They were displayed with the Cashmere Glow items.  I don't particularly care for Cashmere Glow, but a lot of people do and these pumps go perfectly with that line (they go with other packaging, too)!  These were $3.50 each.   

Next, they have a new, pretty, sparkly bottle of soap.  It comes in 3 new scent Kitchen Lemon, Citrus Garland and Cranberry Tangerine.  I got the Kitchen Lemon.  It smells really great!  These are $12.00 each. 

They also had a couple of new Concentrated Room Sprays (CRS) in Winter and Frosted Cranberry.  I decided to purchase these since they smelled pretty good.  The didn't have the home fragrance oils (HFO) out, yet to match, but they will be coming.  They did have Fresh Balsam HFO so I decided to purchase that since it is my son's favorite Winter scent!  The Frosted Cranberry CRS smells really good and has a sweet scent.  It lasted pretty long when I used it in my home for the first time.  I will buy more of this scent in the future.  Both the Concentrated Room Sprays and Home Fragrance Oils are $5.00 each. 

They also had one new Christmas/Winter, regular hand soap and pocketbac out.  The scent they had was Winter Cranberry.  This scent smells really great and I will be picking up some more as soon as I make it back to the store.  The soaps are $5.50 each or 4 for $15 and 6 for $20.  The pocketbacs were $1.50 each or 5 for $5.00. 

This is just a preview of what I purchased, but there will surely be A LOT more to come especially after Monday, October 8, 20012.  I will keep you all posted!
