More Maybelline Baby Lips

I absolutely love the tinted Maybelline Baby Lips moisturizing lip balms!  I got addicted after using just one.  I've been on the hunt for all of them.  These three are in the colors Cherry Me, Grape Vine and Peach Kiss.  They are lovely colors.  These lip balms are tinted, but they are not like too tinted.  They just give you a little bit of color and make your lips feel amazing!  I've been buying mine at a local grocery store (HEB) and they almost always have an in-store coupon for either $1 or $2 off.  When I bought these, I used $1 off coupons.  I only paid about $2 for each.  This is part of a description of the lip balms that I read online:

I Love Maybelline's Baby Lips in Yummy Plummy



I purchased this Baby Lips - moisturizing lip balm by Maybelline about two weeks ago.  I've been using it and it really does help keep my lips moisturized in the Winter temps and just in general.  I only apply it a couple of times a day.  It seems to last for a while and the tinted color is nice.  It goes nicely with my olive color skin.  It is kind of light, but not too light.  It goes on nicely, and it didn't cake up in the corners of my mouth. 

You can see the color better in the pictures below.  I have included a few pictures of it swatched on my hand and one picture of it actually on my lips.  I would buy this product again.  It is reasonably priced and the store where I purchased it at had a $1.00 off coupon.  I only paid $2 for it.  They had a couple of other colors in stock, but they colors didn't seem like they fit me very well.

NYC City's Clear (574) Liquid Lipshine

I received the NYC New York Color Liquid Lipshine from Influenster for being a "Brand Challenge" winner for the 2012 Latina VoxBox that was sent to me by Influenster (www.Influenster.com). The product was complimentary to test and review. The product information/review page on the Influenster website states the following about the NYC New York Color (the brand) and the Liquid Lipshine: NYC New York Color offers products with uptown style at down-to-earth prices, from $.99 - $4.99. To use the Liquid Lip Shine, take the tip of the applicator to line and define lips. Once you have done that, fill your lips in with the color. It is a very easy to use product. I personally liked the applicator since it is a wand. The Liquid Lip Shine is not goopy and sticky like some others I have used. It goes on very nicely leaving your lips very soft and with plenty of shine. I used this all alone and on top of a colored lipstick with great results. In my experience, it lasted for a long time, and I didn't have to keep reapplying it over and over. The shade that I received was City's Clear (574). This color was is just a standard clear gloss and will go with anyone's skin tone.  It is very shinny, so if you don't want a lot of shine, then you might only want to use just a dab or opt for another gloss altogether.  I personally like some shinny gloss every now and then.  The only thing that would have made me like it even more is if it was flavored. I absolutely love flavored and scented glosses.

The package that I received contained one 0.24 fl oz Liquid Lip Shine and it had a great price point. The suggested retail price is $2.49. You can't beat a great Liquid Lip Shine Lip Gloss for under $2.50. I wish more drugstore type of brands were on point with their prices. I thank NYC New York Color for thinking about those that are on a budget or those that simply do not want to pay over $10 for a lipgloss.

Small Lip Care Haul

This is a small Lip Care Haul that I bought at Target.  The 3 lip glosses are e.l.f. brand.  They were in their little Christmas section in the Girls Department.  I already forgot how much they were, but I think they were only $2 each.  I really love the eos brand, so I picked up another lip balm in the Pomegranate Raspberry flavor.  The eos lip balm is 100% natural and 95% organic.  Target is usually a pretty good store to buy inexpensive lip gloss and lip balms.  I plan on going back to buy a few more for small gifts for young ladies that I know.

Bath and Body Works newest most luxurious scent, Forever Red (and one pocketbac in Winter Spice and Vanilla).  Forever Red is a wonderful scent.  It is hard for me to wear many perfumes because of my allergies, but this doesn't irritate me at all.  I love it!  It comes in numerous products such as:

A couple of new holiday items from Bath & Body Works

The first item I purchased was the 3 pack gift set of I Love Twisted Peppermint lip glosses.  The first one is Twisted Peppermint, the second one is Twisted Berry and the third one is Twisted Cocoa.  The cost of this gift set is $18.  Since I purchased something with a value of at least $15, I was then able to use my get an item Free up to $13 with $15 purchase coupon.  I used it to get the Aromatherapy Energy Lemon Zest body wash (value $13).  I then purchased three 3-wick candles in three new scents for Winter.  The three scents are:

1st Haul of Last Weekend

During the last 2 for $20 sale at Bath and Body Works, I made a few purchases.  They had some new Concentrated Room Sprays (CRS) in that are from their new Winter line.  The ones I got were Tis the Season and Twisted Peppermint.  The Concentrated Room Sprays from Bath and Body Works are very strong and they last for quite a while.  Here is the description for the two that I purchased:

I also purchased three new lip glosses using the Buy 2 Get 1 Free.  They numerous new lip glosses for sale, but most of them are the ones with the tip applicator.  They did have some with a wand applicator.  I have wanting to get some of those from Bath and Body Works for some time, so I decided to get two of the new wand applicator lip glosses.  My third one was just one of the ones that has the tip applicator.  The names of the ones that I purchased are Dazzle - licious Ice Crystals - Crystal Fig, Dazzle - licious Ice Crystals - Frosted Grape and Liplicious Sugared Pomegranate. The wand applicator lip glosses are regularly $10.50 each and the other type of applicator is $8.00 each, but I do the Buy 2 Get 1 Free.  I really like the lip glosses from Bath and Body Works.  They are not too goopy or gloppy.  They go on nicely and really have a great shine.  They taste wonderful, too! 

The last three items I purchased were three 3-wick candles (using the 2 for $20 and a survey coupon to take $10 off $30 purchase, so I added one more 3-wick candle, and only paid $20 for 3.  The scents that I purchased were:

I have not burned Winter or Plum Wine Amber before, but I have burned the Aromatherapy Stress Relief - Eucalyptus Spearmint before.  It really is calming and helps you relax.  I truly believe in these candles.  I am going to wait  until it get cold to burn the Winter candle and the Plum Wine Amber will be burned soon.  I hope I like it!  I've heard really good things about it.  People have said that it has a great throw, forms a great wax pool and has nice, high flames!  I can't wait to give it a try!
